Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. This includes identifying target markets, competitor analysis, keyword research, and determining appropriate marketing channels.
  • Website optimization: Ensure the company's website is optimized for search engines (SEO). Conduct keyword research, optimize meta tags, improve website structure, and work on increasing organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Content marketing: Plan and execute a content marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience. Create compelling and informative content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video tutorials related to WordPress and the company's products.
  • Social media management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Develop engaging content, run social media campaigns, interact with followers, and use social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and customer feedback.
  • Email marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers. Create targeted email lists, design appealing newsletters, and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Paid advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, track conversions, and ensure the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
  • Analytics and reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness. Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide insights to improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the development team: Work closely with the development team to understand new product features, updates, and releases. Collaborate on website improvements, landing page optimization, and ensuring smooth integration of marketing campaigns with the website and plugins.
  • Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for growth.
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Collect customer feedback, address queries and concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling the company's products.
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and implement changes to enhance user experience and drive more conversions.
  • Training and knowledge sharing: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques. Share knowledge and best practices with the marketing team and other stakeholders within the company.
